Happy 2017 everyone! (Too late to say that?)

You might be thinking that you have not heard from me in a while.

Well, you would be right.

With the holidays and work and a lot of life going on, it has been difficult to find time to sit down and write anything substantial…which is why this post probably will not be that substantial. But I did want to share with you some things that are going on in my life:

Baby #3 is on the way! My family is expanding. Come this summer things will get even more crazy for me trying to juggle everything. My boys are very excited they have a new brother coming, and while I am a bit overwhelmed at the thought of three boys under one roof, I could not be happier.

RunGum Ambassador: Year 2! I am very excited to once again be invited to be an ambassador for RunGum. As you know I am a huge fan of their product, and love the boost it gives my mornings and workouts! Stay tuned to my Twitter for any discounts or giveaways I am able to provide.

It has arrived! @rungum #runsquad

New Wiivv Ambassador! This year I am also excited to be an ambassador for Wiivv, who use a cell phone app to make you custom Fit 3D printed insoles. Amazing the things technology can do these days, isn’t it?

New Year, New Logo? So assuming I am able to channel more energy into the blog, I plan on changing some things around. I already changed the “About” page a while back…and then life got crazy. But I do have a new motto: I believe every dad can be their child’s favorite super hero. I’ll be making a subtle shift in what I blog about, but will still be staying true to the ongoing message of parenting and running and all the life in between. So as to the new logo, here’s a sneak peek:

On the Move. On a personal life note, with the new baby on the way we are hoping to put our home on the market so we can move to a home which will better accommodate our growing family. Wish us luck!

So that’s about it for now. I hope your 2017 is going well so far. I would love to hear about it in the comments below!
