Each and every one of us set goals for ourselves. Whether they are fitness and health goals, financial goals, or general life goals, they allow us to have focus and purpose in our lives. Along the way, however, we oftentimes run into obstacles which cause us to get delayed, get discouraged, and ultimately can cause us to get derailed. It is important that when these obstacles come along that we have a source of motivation to keep us moving along our path.
It was with this in mind that I decided to share 31 days of motivational quotes that will help you on your journey. Whether you are just starting out or almost there, my hope is that you find a nugget of motivation which will help keep you going even during the most difficult of situations.
